Tools for work with watch crystals. Compare the crystal material, profile, dimensions and retention method with the stated application of the available tool.
Choosing a crystal tool
Start with the construction
Identify the crystal and case before choosing equipment. A diameter alone does not establish whether a tool suits the material, dome profile or fitting arrangement.
Read the specified application
The current selection contains a crystal-lift tool listed for suitable plastic crystals without tension rings, with a stated 10–45mm range. That range does not establish compatibility with mineral-glass or sapphire crystals, tension-ring designs or every domed profile.
Confirm before selecting
Use the relevant watch and crystal service guidance to identify the method and equipment required. If a working dimension or application is unclear, contact JTR with the product code and crystal specification. The tool listing is not a fitting procedure or a promise of damage-free work.
